Vijay Ganesh Photo Vijay Ganesh, a seasoned mridangist, learnt this divine art from the age of 6. He had his tutelage under great and illustrious master:Vidwan Late Sri. KumbakoNam Rajappa Iyer. Vijay Ganesh has over the years established himself as a Mridangam player, and has performed extensively in music and dance festivals in India and USA. He has accompanied many eminent Carnatic musicians, vocalists and players of instruments. He has also played with outstanding musicians of the Hindustani stream. He is an AIR, Chennai graded artist.

He has won several awards which includes

  • Best Mridangist award from Music Academy
  • Best Mridangist award in Gokulashtami festival from Sri Krishna Gaana Sabha
  • Awardees of Government of India Cultural Scholarship
  • “youth excellence” for Mridangam from Sri Maharajapuram Vishwanatha Iyer trust

Bhargavi Kanginakuduru


Bhargavi Kanginakuduru Photo Bhargavi is a currently senior at Rock Ridge HS in Ashburn, Virginia. She is a vocal disciple of Smt Sangeetha Agarwal and has been learning from her since second grade. She also learns violin from Vidwan Shri Subhash Vinjamuri. Bhargavi has been learning all of the compositions for this program from Srimathi Sangeetha and this marks her debut vocal performance for Bharatanatyam dance program.

Swaminathan Natarajan


Swaminathan Natarajan Photo Swami has been pursuing violin for the past several years. He had his initial training from Smt. Rajam Ramaswamy of Bombay. He is also a disciple of Smt. Sandhya Srinath. Swami was also a part of the music troupe of Late Shri Raju Soundararajan who was his mentor. He has accompanied many young artists and performed for several music programs and dance arangetrams. Swami works as a Government contractor in D.C. Metro area.
